He counsels electric utilities, private equity firms, project developers, hydroelectric owners and operators, and renewable resources, on transactional, regulatory and litigation matters. He has significant experience representing clients before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, the U.S. Department of Energy, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the U.S. Department of the Interior, the National Marine Fisheries Service and state water quality agencies.
