Employee benefit plans and executive compensation
Summary
Nancy Itnyre has practiced primarily in the area of employee benefits since 2001. She has broad experience with all facets of employee benefits law, including the design and implementation of employee benefit plans, tax qualification issues and reporting and disclosure requirements.
Ms. Itnyre's work with qualified plans includes assisting clients with drafting and amendment of defined contribution, defined benefit and welfare plans and providing legal counsel with respect to compliance and fiduciary issues. In the employee and executive compensation area, she works with clients to structure incentive plans, programs and arrangements, as well as executive employment, severance and consulting agreements.
