Summary

Shawn Shillington provides ongoing, comprehensive representation to corporate clients, including public issuers, private companies, underwriters, private equity funds and hedge funds. He advises clients regarding all manner of corporate issues, including the conduct of public and private securities offerings, SEC disclosure, strategic transactions and corporate governance.

Mr. Shillington also advises clients regarding technology licensing and other commercial agreements and represents purchasers and sellers of outsourcing services, including information technology and business process services.

Prior to law school, Mr. Shillington was a semiconductor engineer at TestChip Technologies, where he designed integrated circuit test structures to aid the development of semiconductor fabrication processes for Motorola, Texas Instruments, Applied Materials and other manufacturers.
