Derek Jones has extensive U.K. and cross-border corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions experience. His broad experience includes takeovers, acquisitions, mergers and demergers, U.K. listings, rights issues, joint ventures and reorganisations, as well as private acquisitions and transactions.

Mr. Jones joined Baker Botts in September 2003 from Lovells, where he trained and qualified.
