Summary

Cynthia Crawford has extensive experience in mass and toxic tort litigation, products liability litigation, and complex commercial disputes. She acted as regional counsel for Dow Chemical in the breast implant litigation, coordinating the defense of thousands of cases in a five-state region. She currently acts as regional counsel for Union Carbide in asbestos litigation, coordinating the defense of 30,000+ cases in a five-state region. Ms. Crawford has also represented a number of large corporations in commercial and contract disputes.

  • The Dow Chemical Company – representation as regional counsel in litigation brought by tens of thousands of plaintiffs regarding exposure to silicone breast implants
  • Knoll Pharmaceutical Company (a BASF subsidiary) – defense in Synthroid litigation
