Jeremy Merling's practice includes intellectual property litigation, especially patent litigation. He also handles patent preparation and prosecution, opinion work, client counseling, due diligence and intellectual property licensing.

Mr. Merling's work covers a diverse group of high technology fields, including computer hardware and software, Internet applications, user interface design, cellular telecommunications, mechanical devices and processes, pharmaceuticals, food packaging and chemical product and process development and manufacturing. His educational experiences have given him a familiarity with a wide variety of technologies.
