Summary

Felix Phillips has a diverse legal practice that includes public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and general corporate and securities matters. Before returning to Texas to join Baker Botts in 1996, Mr. Phillips practiced law in Palo Alto, California, where he represented issuers, underwriters and venture capitalists in public offerings, private placements, acquisitions and general corporate and securities matters. From 1986 to 1989, he served as a financial analyst for Hewlett-Packard Company in Cupertino, California.
