The FCPA and The Danger of Good Intentions


The program will examine how anticorruption enforcement can cover conduct that seems benign or even virtuous – such as hiring employees or making charitable contributions.  In addition to examining recent cases and lessons learned, the program will offer practical guidance for enhancing compliance programs and avoiding traps in your company’s overseas operations.  Lunch will be served promptly at noon, with the one-hour CLE program beginning shortly thereafter.
