Summary

Eric Faragi’s practice includes patent litigation, patent prosecution, and client counseling involving a wide variety of matters pertaining to electrical, mechanical, and business method patents. Mr. Faragi’s education and work experience in the electronics industry have given him broad familiarity with a variety of technologies. Mr. Faragi also represents pro bono clients in various family court matters.

Prior to his legal career, Mr. Faragi worked as a senior staff engineer at Motorola, where he researched and developed advanced product and process technologies for next-generation cell phones and paging devices. These technologies included liquid crystal displays and interconnects, alternate shielding technologies, and consumer changeable housings. Mr. Faragi is a named inventor on four U.S. patents.
