Baker Botts provides associates with three weeks of vacation per year (four weeks in our NY office) in addition to national holidays. The firm also provides 12 weeks of paid leave for the birth, adoption and initial care of a child. An additional 12 weeks of unpaid leave can be taken at the discretion of the Firm.
