Orientation and training help us integrate paralegal clerks and paralegals into our firm. We pair each paralegal with a mentor who is familiar with the practice area and the assigned lawyers.

All paralegals and paralegal clerks receive comprehensive IT training. We also provide training on current document and case management database technology, as well as training that targets specific practice areas.

We regularly schedule group refresher training and information-sharing meetings. Paralegals can also attend one local outside continuing education seminar each year. Annual professional development seminars are conducted in some offices.

Paralegals are encouraged to participate in professional associations. Dues for approved associations are paid by the firm.
