Patent prosecution and litigation
Bradley Birchfield works on a range of intellectual property matters, focusing primarily on patent prosecution and patent litigation. Mr. Birchfield has experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications relating to a wide range of technologies, including optics, electronics, software and telecommunications.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Mr. Birchfield spent seven years working as an electrical engineer in the telecommunications industry. His work in that field includes circuit board design and implementation, software development and testing and system integration and verification.
